Debbie Mowry attended St. Francis Borgia Grade School and High School before graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  At Mizzou she received a BS in Elementary Education and was a member of the Tiger softball team.  After graduation Debbie moved to Houston, Texas and was employed by J.J. Rhodes Elementary School before taking time off to raise her daughter Amanda and son Kelly.   In 1996 the Mowry family moved back to Missouri where she was blessed to be hired by St. Gertrude School.  Debbie has enjoyed being the first grade teacher for many years and is thankful for all the students and parents who have touched her life.
